How can baking cookies ever be rapid? You usually must get a scale, carefully measure all the components, caress the bread for ages, cut out little cookies into heart, star and moon shapes and then wait a second century'til they are baked.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is they call for just 2 ingredients! Yep that's correct, and anyone can combine two ingredients.

Though in the event you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody is gont cover me if you consume them), however I have to mention yet another awesome thing about those cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the first I finished the remainder within an hour.

They are ideal for hiking trips or other occasions where you will need a quick energizing snack on the move. Nowadays I keep them as a quick snack in my back pack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the regular cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which consequently can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbohydrates and nutrients to help keep you going for more during the day.

Those nutrients contain manganese, great for bone production and skin ethics in addition to magnesium -- essential for energy production to make you feel more awake

Same with bananas -- the favorite fruit among athletes -- not just cause they have an adequate number of good carbohydrates but also for being the big players at the potassium video game.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)

Get a bowl and mash the bananas until they're mushy

Add the cup of yogurt and any of the optional ingredients

Stir until all is nicely mixed

Place baking paper on the menu so that the cookies don't stick. If you do not have this make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you are vegetarian )

To make the cookie shape simply grab a spoon and scoop an adequate sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did in the photograph above. It is super fast and easy.
